Overview
The Finno-Russo War started after the Russian's started aggressing the Finnish Border in Karelia, Murmansk and from Leningrad.
Before the War
Not much happened before the war, as it was an unsuspected conflict that kicked off.
The War
During the war itself, the Russian and Latvian forces only managed to make small pushes in southern Finland and further north towards the Karelian border.
However, as soon as nations like Italy, Germany, Denmark and the United Isles started to send equipment and volunteer forces to Finland, the Russian advance started to halt. The Finnish winter was also especially brutal this year, making for conditions these Russian troops had never seen before.
The war ended on January 2nd, 1935, with the USSR surrendering and giving up Murmansk and Karelia to Finland.
