Brandenburg, Silesia, Pomerania, and Bavaria sign the "German Confederate Pact", also bespoken as "A closer step to unity."

The Treaty States:

• The 4 nations will share full military access with each other.
• They all have a military alliance until expiration on April 10th, 1929.
• They will share military weaponry
• They will make joint military exercises, once a month, until 1923.
• Adopting an "Article 5" policy, if one nation is attacked, the rest will help, until 1925.
• They will share military vehicles
