Karl's Limbo

Karl's Limbo is a personalized "Pocket Dimension" of sorts. Karl is the first to ever experience these things, and Limbo's basically work just like dreams.

Intro

Karl first experienced Limbo when he went to bed one night in Buchen, unbeknownst to everyone around him, he was infected with Corrosive, which causes the host to pass out from 24 to 72 hours. During these hours, the host experiences some form of hallucinations / dream characters. Effectively it is the hive mind speaking to the infected, digging into their memories and using old things they cared about against the person, in order to weaken the host more.

It was named "Karl's Limbo", for a while, as Karl was the first to experience it, that Skuppens knew of. Now it is just called "Limbo", the idea of being neither dead nor alive, and not being able to do much about it.
