Mikhailburg Accords CWS XV (REV)
Summary
The Mikhailburg Accords were written as a temporary agreement between Karelia and Moskva. It allowed Moskva to annex Kaluga, whilst Karelia annexed Viborg. Originally however, Moskva wanted Viborg.
The Accords:
Moskva attempts expansion into Kaluga and Viborg,
Karelia officially speaks up about Moskva expansion into Viborg,
Moskva listens to Karelia and shall not expand to it, but inclines that Karelia expand to it before someone else takes it; Karelia expands and annexes the region.
Moskva sends a delegate to Karelia to improve relations with them. And proposes a non-aggression pact,
For now, they decline the non-aggression pact, as their alliance with Mologa inclines them to.
The Moskvian government in turn sends an offer to perhaps make a trade pact, so Karelia can use the already built Mikhailburg free of charge while they build theirs in Viborg
