Moskva-Thorian Baltic Ties CWS XV (REV)
Summary
The Baltic Ties Treaty simply creates a form of forwarded diplomacy between states, creating what are called “Embassies” between nations. It allows each nation to station diplomats in each other's country.
The Treaty States:

This agreement states that Moskva and Thora will be able to share a building in their capital. This will be named an "Embassy"
P.3
Embassies state that the country that owns said embassy will have full right to it, meaning they can store items there, host meetings, or do whatever else they normally would be able to do in their home country.

The cost of setting up in each country will be:
For Moskva; 20 Dabloon
For Thora; 10 Dabloon

Countries can also station diplomats in these embassies, to deliver messages faster and more efficiently.
