Reclaiming Dublin
The Battle
As Ireland was almost fully taken under control by the Fascist, it was time for the United Kingdom to do something and retake the lost island.
Background
After failing once more miserably in Doncaster, and seeing Ireland was on the verge of falling into the hands fo the Fascists, the UK just had to do something to not lose their western Island.
Battle
500 Paratroopers were sent over the island and they touched down at Waterford Port, however surprisingly there was not any resistance met. Denmark supplied the Brits with a dozen or so M8's.
As they progressed into Dublin and into the Dublin Factorial site, still without resistance, they were suddenly surrounded by majority of Fascist Britain's army and Amor division. However, no shots were fired in this standoff, and they only people killed was a small British infantry group that fell behind from the original paratroopers, and was caught in an exchange of fire with Fascist scout troops.
It wasn't before long KarloMarxist threw in his guns and surrendered to the Fascists, and recommended Ginger do the same. At first Ginger was against the idea, but after he reluctantly agreed.
Aftermath
After the battle in Ireland, the United Kingdom officially signed for peace 4 days later.
