The Rotterdam Unity was formed back in Yerth 4 as a protection group, specifically made to protect the innocent lives of Rotterdam.
At the start, the RU used to own the entire city of Rotterdam, but as people started leaving, it got harder to manage the entire of the settlement, so they moved to one centralized location of Rotterdam, and have been there since.
Was overthrown in Yerth 34
