Information (All that is known so far)

Skuppens was born in Rotterdam in Yerth 27PN (Pre-Nuclear) and moved to Brussels not long before the war happened. After the war he took shelter with some bandits, before eventually fleeing and opening his own small community, where he now makes a living by salvaging and exchanging goods.

Actions:

In Yerth 26, Skuppens shot and killed Ginger in Mors, and has not been in Denmark since.

Helped defend against an ambush by Rippers and Defiled in Rochefort.

Helped deliver the "Internationale SOS" with Karl
