The Iberian Empire is a country on the very west of Europe, it is a country of patriotism and built on pride.
History
CWS 2.0 (1876 - 1880)
After the Spanish Independence War, Spain slowly worked it's way to regain old Iberian lands.
CWS 3.0 (1910 - 1933)
In 1926, Spain was under the occupation of the German Empire as a puppet state, in 1932 the Spanish were released as the German Empire fell.
Pre-CWS 9.0 (1933 - 1936)
Spain was pretty idle during this period, only taking Galicia from Portugal in 1934.
CWS 9.0 (1936 - XXXX)
During 1936, the Spanish Civil War kicked off, where the Iberian Empire won.
They saw brief intervention in the Convention of Flensburg on October 27th, 1938, where they supported Germany receiving the Sudetenland.
Government
Imperialism
The Spanish focus a lot of Imperialism, wanting to keep control at the head of state, basically meaning a dictatorship. Their leader Francisco Franco was once a Nationalist, however in late 1935, he changed his ideology as he was put in charge of the country.
Military
The Imperial Guard
The Imperial Guard is a group of highly and specially skilled soldiers, who are only stationed at very important locations.
The Imperial Army
The Imperial army is one of the weaker armies in Europe, being quite slow and heavy in their war tactics.
The Imperial Navy is currently the 4th largest, consisting of heavy class cruisers, light cruisers and destroyers. They have one battleship, but it is an older model from the 1920s.
Buildings
The Imperial Palace
The Imperial Palace is the main source of Spain, the heart of the country. It is one of the biggest government buildings in Europe and holds a lot of value to multiple people. It was built by the French during the 19th century, and was also a place of assassination for one of the earlier Spanish leaders.
