Summary
The Thorian-Prussian Banking Agreement in simple terms, allows the Duchy of Prussia to freely travel into Thora, more specifically the Capital of Hvalfjord.
The Treaty States:
"This agreement allows the population of Prussia to travel and use the Banker in Thora, to convert their valuable minerals into money. Every time they use the bank here in Hvalfjord, they must pay a 10 Dabloon tax.
This is only to be paid to ministers of Thora AFTER they have used the banker to convert their cash.
