Summary
An all around alliance between Denmark and Livonia
The Treaty States:
- An alliance between the two nations that is to expire in 1930.
- Saare and Hiiu will now have fully open acces for both military and civillians from Livonia.
- A transition period for the two islands, where by 1921 they will be given to Livonia.
- A trade pact for grain.
