Summary

The treaty was designed to further strengthen ties between Prussia and the German Confederation, both North and South.

It was also to impose sanctions on the newly established Polish-Ukrainian Commonwealth.

1. Trade Restrictions: The German Confederation and Prussia have imposed strict limitations on trade with the Polish-Ukrainian Commonwealth. This includes tariffs, quotas, and other barriers designed to hinder the flow of goods and services between the Commonwealth and the Confederation/Prussia.

2. Diplomatic Isolation: Diplomatic ties between the Commonwealth and the German Confederation/Prussia are severed or significantly reduced. Ambassadors are recalled, diplomatic missions are suspended, and communication channels are restricted, isolating the Commonwealth diplomatically.

3. Financial Penalties: The Commonwealth faces financial penalties, including asset freezes, seizure of assets, and restrictions on access to international financial markets. These measures aim to impose economic hardship and restrict the Commonwealth's financial capabilities.

4. Travel Bans: Individuals associated with the leadership of the Polish-Ukrainian Commonwealth are subject to travel bans, preventing them from entering the territories of the German Confederation and Prussia. This measure aims to limit the mobility of key figures within the Commonwealth's government.
