Information (All that is known so far)

Richie was born in Italy in the small town of Vita, (Not the Baltic Vita) and he moved to Germany after the war, after Italy was overwhelmed with Mutants and bandits.

He took shelter in Buchen, and after sharing his expansive knowledge on aviation and physics, Skuppens quickly appointed him into head of research of aviation within the "A New Tomorrow" program, and is a part of the "SIC"
