The Residence was built in Yerth 35 with help from the Bosnan group, it was designed as a headquarters for Skuppens to conduct his research on the various things.
It is claimed The Residence is where "Things get better", as quoted by Skuppens himself.
The Residence is also where people can be sent on high risk missions that are far away, with high risk, but also a high reward, whilst the smaller missions get managed by Porbii.
